The Palomar Amateur Radio Club Board of Directors meets the second Wednesday of each month (or the Wednesday following the club meeting, if that meeting is postponed due to holiday).

The meetings are typically open to any club member who wishes to attend and listen in, however, only board members may vote on motions presented at the meeting.  Also be aware that the board reserves the right to engage a special session and ask visitors to step out if a sensitive subject comes up.
